The training is designed to improve the effectiveness of individuals, teams, and entire organizations in achieving their desired results by increasing the levels of individual and team ownership and accountability at all levels of the organization.

The Oz Principle Accountability Training Workshop gives participants the understanding and tools necessary for creating greater accountability in their own organization. While working on key organizational results, participants learn and apply principles from The Oz Principle and experience the Steps To Accountability that are necessary to achieve those results.

Throughout the workshop, the skills, attitudes, and tools for taking the steps to See It, Own It, Solve It, Do It are presented and practiced. This interactive workshop helps people avoid the Blame Game, focus on achieving results by constantly asking, "What else can I do?" to meet deadlines, overcome obstacles, and achieve results.

Donna Forgy
  A seasoned training professional with over 20 years of experience in leadership and management training, Donna is founder and owner of ProSkills, Inc. ProSkills specializes in designing and facilitating customized professional development programs for corporations and associations in a variety of industries. Her areas of expertise are in leadership and team development, sales and customer service training, presentation skills and health & fitness workshops.

Prior to founding ProSkills, Donna was a full-time trainer for Dale Carnegie. She is certified to teach the Dale Carnegie Class, the High Impact Presentation skills class and many one day customized workshops. Representative organizations for which Donna has worked include Nestle, Edward Jones, A.G. Edwards, John Hancock, Barry Wehmiller, Pepsi, Anheuser Busch, and U.S. Bank. Donna is also a certified personal fitness trainer and conducts many workshops on the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.

Before joining Dale Carnegie, Donna spent six years at Spectrum Healthcare where her primary focus was training in functional areas of information technology, customer service and sales. She was responsible for training at all of Spectrum's remote sites throughout the U.S.

Prior to her experience at Spectrum, Donna worked as a training manager at A.G Edwards and Forsythe Computers. She was responsible for overseeing a team of trainers as well as for the development and implementation of curriculum.
