Presenter:
Kristen Heffernan, Marketing Manager, Henry Schein MicroMD
  Kristen Heffernan, marketing manager, focuses on overseeing the marketing of Henry Schein MicroMD Practice Management and EMR software, while working to develop partnerships with healthcare facilities that seek to improve patient care and operational efficiencies. As a marketing manager, Heffernan is also responsible for helping clients grow their practices, drive customer purchasing behavior and stay ahead of competitors. Heffernan previously was the marketing manager at Locum Medical Group, a physician staffing firm, where she led the marketing department in planning and executing national online and traditional marketing initiatives to generate revenue, expand business, and build long-term relationships with healthcare clients and physician candidates. She has also held a number of marketing positions across a variety of business-to-business segments over the past 11 years. Heffernan earned her M.B.A. in marketing from University of Phoenix. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in industrial organizational psychology from John Carroll University, OH.
